This event has been a Volunteer Fire Department Tradition since 1966 and the major fundraiser for the Department. Currently there are 4 Maxwell Street Days each year and all take place at Firemen’s Park – W65N796 Washington Avenue, just a few blocks north of Cedarburg’s historic district.
Cedarburg Oktoberfest
A perfect weekend in October now includes Oktoberfest in Downtown Historic Cedarburg bursting with gemuetlichkeit, Saturday, October 1, 11am-8pm and Sunday, October 2, 10am-5pm presented by Commerce State Bank. Free admission and 2-hour parking limit is lifted on festival weekends.
A huge tent will be erected in the Parking Lot (W63 N641 Washington Avenue) to cover the bands, the dance floor and tables, lending a true Oktoberfest feel. Oktoberfest means authentic German music and the entertainment features Pommersche Tanzdeel Dancers, Tuba Dan, D'Lustig'n Wendlstoana Dancers, Schnapps und Tanz Band, River City Blaskepelle and the Cedarburg Civic Band plus a wooden dance floor for Polka fans. And, if you’ve never seen a live Glockenspiel Show (Cuckoo Clock), this delightful, goofy event will make you laugh as it reappears every two hours.
Cedarburg Wine and Harvest Festival
As the leaves begin to change and the fresh air turns brisk, the splendor of autumn is soon to be upon us! To kick-off this beautiful season, come and celebrate a sweet and savory weekend at the 50th Annual Wine & Harvest Festival in historic downtown Cedarburg presented by Commerce State Bank! The festival opens Saturday, September 17 from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (with the Gruber Law Office Main Stage open later that evening until 8:30 pm playing live music) and Sunday, September 18 from 10 am - 5 pm.

Ozaukee County Fair
Since 1859, the Ozaukee County Fair has been offering residents and visitors great traditional fair entertainment such as live music, truck & tractor pulls, a full midway, fireworks, demolition derbies, horse shows, contests, 4-H and livestock exhibitions & judging, kids entertainment and more!

Cedarburg Strawberry Festival
After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, The Festivals of Cedarburg Board is excited to announce Strawberry Festival will take place on June 25 & 26, 2022. We are looking forward to all the usual favorites at the annual celebration of the fruit of the season located in downtown Historic Cedarburg. At this annual event, you can enjoy everything strawberry, from strawberry shortcake to strawberry wine. Festival goers can stroll along our historic main street and find that perfect treasure at our arts and crafts fairs called “Art on the Avenue.” Don’t miss the live music stages all over town. There is so much to do: unique shopping, children’s activities, demonstrations, fun-filled contests, festival food and much more. Strawberry Festival is a fun-filled festival for the whole family.

If you’re feeling adventurous and giving- shave your head to support the St Baldrick’s Foundation! You read that correctly! We are hosting our 2nd Slainte & Shave event in support of Childhood Cancer Charity. Last year a few of our special friends shaved their head to support this great cause and we can’t wait to host another event for everyone to celebrate together.

9th Annual Art in the Burg: Cedarburg's BEST juried art fair!
Enjoy shopping the displays of over 75 artists. Bid on silent auction items donated by the artists (you need not be present to win). Children can create art at the Cedarburg Art Museum Fun Table! Cedarburg Winter Festival
Oh, you would not, could not miss a festival such as this! Festivals of Cedarburg will celebrate the "Dr. Seuss-themed Winter Festival from 8am to 9pm on Saturday, February 19, 2022 and 8am to 3pm on Sunday, February 20, 2022. This two-day Seuss-filled festival will feature an Ice Carving Contest, barrel races, Cedarburg’s famous “costumed bed-races on ice,” camel rides, outdoor activities and much more, including a Saturday night, adults-only Seussville! Mother's Night Out
We are planning a wonderful evening to help celebrate all the special Mom’s. The outdoor fire pits will be going if it’s a chilly evening, we’ll have a full outdoor bar with great cocktails and wine as well as the famous, female owned food-truck @Totsonthestreet is parking out back. They serve up the most amazing (and gluten-free) stuffed tater tots.
And it wouldn’t be a mom’s night out with a little shopping too- so we’ve curated a great group of female owned businesses to give you some time to shop for yourself or the special Momma’s in your life! Come Join Us!

Clean Up, Green Up Earth Day Celebration
Community Trash Clean Up
Join us for our first ever city-wide trash clean up for the City of Cedarburg. Come by the Inn anytime the week of April 19th to grab a trash bag, or just use your own. Gather up your family and friends to venture around our community to pick up trash, then bring it back to the Inn on Saturday, April 24th from Noon-6 pm, for FREE ice cream from Cedar Crest Ice Cream or a FREE beer. There will be food, shopping, family-friendly activities and a plant sale supporting our friends at the Cedarburg Green Organization. Cedarburg Green’s mission is to foster appreciation for Community Forestry and promote sustainable environmental stewardship in our community.
Donation Drive
Bring along new or gently used garden tools and seeds/seedlings to donate to the Victory Garden Initiative, a non-profit based in Milwaukee focused on helping communities and families to grow their own food by building gardens, offering supplies and providing resources.

Cedarburg Hometown Parade & Celebration
Cedarburg's annual 4th of July Hometown Celebration will take place on Thursday, July 4. Ranked as the largest celebration of its kind in southeastern Wisconsin and coordinated by the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, this spectacle draws an estimated 10-15,000 spectators to the downtown Cedarburg Historic District.
The roughly two-hour parade, noted for showcasing award-winning Division 1 drum & bugle corps, will start at 10am, followed by an all-day picnic in Cedar Creek Park, live music and a firework display at dusk.
