Room History
Located on the 2nd floor at the front of the building, Room 1 is bright with sunlight from two windows overlooking Cedarburg’s main street. The wardrobe is one of the heaviest in the Inn, made of iron and wood and discovered at a nearby farm auction. Room 1 opens up to the hallway with the original floors and walls, by the window, where, in the late 1800s, the luggage was hoisted and pulled through to avoid carrying trunks up the narrow stairs. The room door is original to the Inn.
